Top Ten Books On My Winter TBR

This is a bit early for this topic, so I have to predict in the future.  As always I am going to list books that are due out during the winter solstice, which means from December 21st-March 20th.  There are going to be some GREAT books coming out during that time that I can't wait to read.

Expected publication: February 3rd 2015 by Henry Holt and Co. (BYR)

I love the entire description of this book. Her debut novel was really good, so I am hoping that this one will be just as good.

Expected publication: January 27th 2015 by Scholastic Press

I love Allly Carter.  She is one of my favorite authors.  I just picked up this ARC last weekend, and I can't wait to get to it.  If this series is as good as her last two, it will be worth the wait.

At over 250 pages, this qualifies as a book not a short novella.  I am excited to read this story, it should bring a new perspective to the series.

I have loved everything that Gayle Forman has written so far, and I doubt this will be the exception.  I absolutely love her writing style and the story she tells.

Expected publication: March 17th 2015 by Katherine Tegen Books

This has been a fun series so far, it's nothing that has blown me away, but after reading them, I have been very satisfied, so I am looking forward to the the final (?) book in the series.

I have mixed emotions about this one.  I absolutely loved the first book in the series, and pretty much hated the second one.  I am curious to see how it turns out, and if this series can redeem itself.

I enjoyed her debut novel, so I am hoping that I will enjoy this one as much.

I'm actually really excited by this book.  I actually prefer her contemporary work over the delirium series, so I can't wait to read this one.

  1. I just found out about Lauren Oliver's new book a few days ago. I can't wait to read it; I've read a couple of her other books, and I really like the way she writes.

  3. OOOoh nice! Eager for All Fall Down and Ruby Circle as well! Fairest will be awesome too I am sure! And The Shadow Cabinet! I have avoided reading The Madness Underneath bc I heard of its cliffhanger, so I haven't read it since I bought it on release day...2 years ago now? So yeah, looking forward to reading both of those too!

  4. Most of these will be on the second part of my winter reading tbr list. Winter is long around here. I have a lot of catching up to do, but it's so tempting to read Vanishing Girls and I Was Here right now. I probably will. Great list!
