This weekly recap is hosted by Shelia of One Persons Journey Through a World of Books and the kidlit version is hosted by Jen from Teach Mentor Texts. Each week we recap what we’ve read and look at what’s coming up this week.
I wish all weeks were like this last one. Catching Jordan and Stealing Parker were such easy reads, that I was able to fly right through them.
Finished Reading:
Catching Jordan (Hundred Oaks) by Miranda Kenneally !!! This has been on my TBR list for FOREVER, and I finally read it!
Stealing Parker (Hundred Oaks) by Miranda Kenneally
Currently Reading:
I don't know why I do this to myself. Next time "James Patterson" writes something, I will JUST SAY NO.
What I'm Reading Next:
I started reading this months ago, I am determined to finish it by the end of the year.
I absolutely loved Catching Jordan and Stealing Parker! There's something about these chick flicks that makes them so easy to finish As for the His Fair Assassin series, well I read the first book and I didn't like it that much. Does it get better?

The Life of Little Me
If you didn't like the first one, I don't think you will like the rest of them. Of the three I think I liked the 2nd one the most, I liked the MC in that one better. But they all have similarities, so depending on what you didn't like about the first, I don't know if you should read the rest.
DeleteI can't wait to read Mortal Hearts. I hope you get through Pointe; I really liked that one. There is definitely a lot going on in the story. Thanks for sharing! ~Megan
