Feature & Follow Friday (#24)

The Feature & Follow is hosted by TWO hosts, Parajunkee of Parajunkee’s View and Alison of Alison Can Read.

This week's Question:

It is up to you to do a Kickstarter campaign for your favorite book!!! Who are you casting for the main characters?

This question is really hard!  I have no imagination for this kind of thing.  Plus I think there may be a reason why many of the books I love have not been made into movies.  Added to the fact that I'm SO out of the Hollywood loop, I don't even know who most of the young Hollywood actors and actresses are.  I'm getting really, really, old y'all!  That being said here is my best attempt:

Taissa Farmiga         Tyler Posey           Chloe Moretz        Nick Robinson       Kaya Scodelario
(Macy)                              (Wes)                    (Kristy)                 (Bert)                   (Monica)

  1. This is so great! It never occurred to me to choose a Sarah Dessen novel, even though she's one of my favorites.

  2. Nice cast! At least you were able to choose! I couldn't do such a thing. I kind of have a protesting post going on! But besides that I couldn't even really think of ONE book to make into a movie. Too hard!

    Here's my Follow Friday

    Have a GREAT weekend!

  3. Great cast! I haven't read this one but I like your choices. I feel the same way! I don't watch a lot of TV anymore and I don't know who the up and coming actors are.

  4. Ah I've read half of TTAF and I do like your casting, especially Wes (:

Thanks for stopping by my post and for the follow too!

  5. That seems like a really good casting, but I haven't actually read this book yet :(

  6. I've heard that Sarah D. is one good writer. Your cast of characters looks interesting.

  7. I agree, I'm so out of the Hollywood loop, I wouldn't even know where to start! This is one of my favorite books, so I think you did a pretty good job :P Tyler Posey is not one I would have ever thought of, but now that I think about it, he works! And Nick Robinson is perfect, especially since I already know him as the dorky, goofy kid from Melissa and Joey ;)
