Bout of Books

The Bout of Books read-a-thon is organized by Amanda @ On a Book Bender and Kelly @ Reading the Paranormal. It is a week long read-a-thon that begins 12:01am Monday, August 19th and runs through Sunday, August 25th in whatever time zone you are in. Bout of Books is low-pressure, and the only reading competition is between you and your usual number of books read in a week. There are challenges, giveaways, and a grand prize, but all of these are completely optional. For all Bout of Books 8.0 information and updates, be sure to visit the Bout of Books blog. - From the Bout of Books team.

  1. Ahaha, your blog name makes me giggle. :D I like it!

OOH, EVOLUTION OF MARA DYER. I read that book in one (admittedly lengthy) sitting. SO addicting. And, you know, the tiniest bit thrilling and ahhhh. I NEED the third one in my life!

That Bookish Mad Libs challenge looks like fun. :)

I hope you continue to enjoy Bout of Books! There will still be plenty of opportunities for Twitter interaction! If you follow the #boutofbooks tag, there's almost always something going on. :)

  2. Haha. Love the madlib. I did this challenge as well. Just posted it a while ago. And I still haven't started Mara Dyer. I did pick it up. Read a chapter I think. But couldn't get into it. Will be giving it another try sometime. Good Luck. Happy Reading.

  3. I have the Evolution of Mara Dyer too, but haven't started it yet. I hope you like it. That first book was crazy, but I really liked it. I hope you get some Twitter time. I haven't made it there either. I just haven't been able to hit it, but maybe I will today. Thanks for stopping by!
